Court records show a Plymouth man has been sentenced for a burglary charge filed against him after a fire at the Uptown Target store earlier this year.
The store is closing about six years after it opened.
A 43-year-old man accused of breaking into the Uptown Target in late January and setting a small fire has agreed to plead guilty.
Surveillance footage captured the incident.
