Chicago man arrested for OWI & possession of a legend drug
Just before 4 a.m. Thursday, September 14th, an officer with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 30 east of Oak Drive after the County’s Central Dispatch Center was advised of a suspected impaired or unsafe driver.
