Malika Garg, Superintendent of Police, Prakasam, said they have identified several people in the video and have arrested three of them while they are looking for the main accused Ramanjaneyulu.
The security officer on duty told ANI, "It was learnt that an unruly passenger (Indian) arriving from New York by American Airlines Flight No. AA 292 in inebriated condition has argued with a co-passenger and urinated on him."
Delhi Police said that they initiated the action after the complaint given by the airline staff about the unruly behaviour of the passenger.
The Delhi Police also said that necessary legal action is being taken on the basis of a complaint from the airline.
The updated regulation, states that only alcohol served by the cabin crew shall be consumed by guests otherwise not.
