Drowning Death of Executive Assistant Case Dismissed
In Musgrove v. Silver, a Hollywood producer's executive assistant drowned in the lagoon outside her overwater bungalow. The drowning was accidental and related to ingestion of alcohol and cocaine. The Court of Appeal affirmed the dismissal and held Silver was not liable.
