MANILA - Some areas in the country will experience rains caused by the shear line, easterlies, and the northeast monsoon or "amihan", the weather bureau said Wednesday. Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over Batanes and Cagayan, including the Babuyan Islands, due to the shear line.
