Norway: Equinor given consent to use Hywind Tampen
The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has consented to Equinor taking the Hywind Tampen offshore wind farm into use. The Hywind Tampen wind farm will generate electricity for the Gullfaks and Snorre fields and is the first large wind power development on the Norwegian continental shelf.
