Lloyd has more than 12 years' experience in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on commercial and operational development. He joins The Cavendish London from St. Ermin's Hotel, part of the Autograph Collection, where he was Hotel Manager. Prior to this, he worked as Director of Operations at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, and The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.
