NIAGARA, Wis. — Explosive devices were handled twice this week, Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve reported. Sauve said that the sheriff’s office enlisted the help of the Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad to detonate dangerous blasting caps. The first incident occurred on Army Lane in Stephenson. The second incident, which occurred on Van Ginkel Road in Niagara, Wisconsin, involved 90 blasting caps in an outbuilding.
