Kirk Mitchell, who retired from The Denver Post in 2020 after working for 22 years as a reporter at the newspaper, died this week in Pennsylvania after battling prostate cancer since 2016. He was 64.
“We let four teams score over 40 points (last year), so everybody made a collective decision this year that we’re not going to let that happen,” Coeur d’Alene senior middle linebacker Shea Robertson said.
