Central Michigan University has suspended a third staff member in connection to sexual harassment allegations against Vanguard Public Affairs.
In March, 9&10 News told you about the alleged sexual harassment several women experienced by the company’s president. Among them are current CMU students or alumni.
CMU already placed two employees on leave in connection to the lawsuit. Now a third has been put on administrative leave and is under investigation to determine if that person was notified of Vanguard’s toxic workplace environment by interns.

ANN ARBOR, MI When Jen Eyer ran for Ann Arbor City Council last year and was elected to represent the 4th Ward, she campaigned as a small business owner.
She referred to herself as such when she announced her campaign in August 2019, again in a February 2020 press release, on her website and in literature sent to voters.
Though symbolic, a vote to censure is likely the strongest action the body can take against an individual regent, since its members are elected. The Detroit Free Press first reported on the possibility of a censure vote. Weiser did not return a request for comment. The board’s move comes a week after Weiser was recorded calling Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson “witches.” Speaking to the North Oakland Republican Club on Thursday, the wealthy real estate magnate also said he’s recruiting GOP challengers to “soften up” the three Democrats so they’re “ready for the burning at the stake.”
