An Illinois baby with a rare genetic condition has been discharged from the hospital after almost one year of confinement. The baby was dubbed as "Little Mayor of NICU" for his amazing charisma while at the hospital.
Max Do was born nine weeks premature on June 4, 2021. Doctors initially couldn't figure out his rare genetic condition thus he had to be confined to the neonatal intensive care unit until May 23, 2022.
