afternoon, and said a man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. our correspondent duncan kennedy is in bournemouth this morning. duncan, what more can you tell us about this? good morning. it had been a glorious day here in bournemouth yesterday. the sun was shining, the beach was packed with people on their half term break. then this incident, this major incident, was declared about half past four when all the emergency services were called. the police tell us they recovered ten people from the water. we don t know if they were swimming or on some sort of vessel. ten people were recovered from the water. two of them, a 17 year old boy and a 12 year old girl, had somehow suffered what they called critical injuries. they were taken to hospital where later they both died. the police tell us that their families have been informed. that they are liaising with their families to help them through what they called this difficult time. the other eight peopl ....
