The Herald News FALL RIVER — A 32-year-old Fall River man arrested twice within a six month time frame for trafficking large amounts of cocaine was sentenced to serve five to eight years in state prison recently, Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III announced. After his arrest was announced, the city of El Paso issued a statement saying: "The City does not publicly comment on personnel issues. Mr. von Tsurikov is no longer an employee of the City of El Paso."
