The National Unity Government says the release of Australian Sean Turnell, Briton Vicky Bowman and other political prisoners shows the regime is bowing to pressure.
Sean Turnell, a former advisor to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, said he still loves the Myanmar people despite being imprisoned for almost two years.
