Owasso Woman Sentenced To 25 Years For Killing Her Husband A Tulsa judge has sentenced an Owasso woman to 25 years in prison for killing her husband eight years ago. A jury found Vicky McNeely guilty of first-degree manslaughter earlier this month for the death of Dan McNeely, and this was the sentence the jury recommended. Both of Dan's daughters said they are so happy to finally be getting justice. They say their lives will never be the same and because of that Vicky deserves to spend the rest of her life in jail. McNeely is now 76, so if she serves the full sentence, she’d be 101.
