Wabasha County Authorities Identify Man Found in Mississippi

(KWNO)-Authorities in Wabasha County have identified 89-year-old Victor Grabau as the man whose body was found Monday evening in the Mississippi River at Weaver Bottoms. First responders were dispatched to the area around 7:30 p.m. to the report of a fishing boat moving in circles with no one in it. Search and Rescue crews discovered his body shortly after their arrival. Grabau was born in Spring Valley, Minn. and resided in Cochrane, Wis., according to his obituary on the Talbot Funeral Home Website. There...
