The crash took place around 4:09 p.m. on state Route 364 west of Voak Road in the Town of Potter, according to the Yates County Sheriff's Office. A vehicle operated by Robert A. Clark, 55, of Dundee, was headed westbound on Route 364 when it struck a horse and buggy traveling in the same direction from behind, the sheriff's office said.
