The City Council also went into executive session citing North Dakota Century Code 44-04-19.1 and 44-04-19.2 to consult with an attorney about risks and negotiation strategy of the city of Jamestown in regard to an alcohol violation appeal from Middles LLC, doing business as Fred’s Den. 

The City Council also approved 4-1 entering into a lease agreement with S&R Truck Plaza LLC and directing City Attorney Leo Ryan to negotiate with Vining Oil. City Councilman Dan Buchanan voted against entering into the lease agreement.
