A long-standing educational tradition revved back to life this week after an extended pandemic pit stop.
On Thursday morning, it was time for the Virtual Racing Against Drugs event, the English-language edition, with 2,000 local students tuning in and watching a series of presentations – something that used to go on with various exhibits set up at the Cornwall Armoury.

“It’s a great initiative, a partnership (involving many) community organizations,” said show host Gabriel Riviere-Reid, who introduced a variety of presenters, appearing in short videos, the common thread being awareness of many drug and alcohol-related issues. ....
