Prayagraj: The Allahabad HC has refused to quash an order passed by Rampur’s MP/MLA court on October 29, 2022, whereby a direction was issued to forme.
The Allahabad high court while disposing of the petition filed by Azam Khan, however, on July 25 directed that the voice sample shall be collected as per provision of Indian Evidence Act
The Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) will examine the voice samples. "I am ready to get hanged...if there is a single evidence against me," Tytler said while leaving the laboratory.
