The FCHS Board met last night in special session. The board passed the updated Return to School Plan with one no vote from board member Matt Rush. Superintendent Jill Fulkerson stated that the plan was pretty generic and contained numerous suggestions for a safe return to school. She further stated that the plan is mandatory in order to receive some funding.
