Director of Community Development for the City of Paso Robles Warren Frace Frace has been a resident of San Luis Obispo County for the past 21 years. He began his planning career 30 years ago after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has held a variety of private and public sector planning jobs throughout the State.
