Battery Domestic Violence and strangulation, and kidnapping for an incident on monday with a woman hes dati. In 2011 he faced similar charges after accusations he hurt another woman he was in a relationship with. According to records, the charges were later dropped because he fulfilled Court Requirements including counseling and community service. Brook says it appears burt may need counseling again. brook hopefully he can eventually get help and he can stop the cycle that he has unfortunately started at this time.
