TRIBUTES have been paid to a former Warminster mayor and Wiltshire councillor who has resigned after serving the town for nearly 26 years. Paul Batchelor decided to resigned his roles earlier this month. He is currently in Sardinia after deciding to stay there when Covid-19 travel restrictions were introduced.
