AN independent candidate aiming to win a seat on Penketh Parish Council is ready to get his ‘hands dirty’ and deliver change for residents.
Driving instructor Lee Beddows, aged 33, is bidding for success at the ballot box in the elections next Thursday.
The parish council has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons a number of times over the past year – but Lee is hoping to deliver change.
The dad-of-one said: “I moved to Penketh in 2016 when my daughter was born and obviously I’ve just got more and more involved in the local area. ....
