Washington Community School Staff Getting Vaccine Tomorrow
The first Moderna COVID-19 vaccine dose will be distributed to Washington Community Schools staff tomorrow. During a professional development day the district staff will be getting vaccinated in the high school gym. Superintendent Willie Stone anticipates 250-275 employees will get vaccinated, and each building’s staff will be vaccinated in hour-long blocks beginning with Lincoln Elementary, and then to the middle school, high school, Stewart Elementary, and St. James Catholic School.
