it was a curious time for sonny perd to close a real estate deal. weeks after trump selected him to be agriculture secretary, perdue's company brought a small grain plant in south carolina. had anyone noticed it would have prompted questions ahead of his confirmation, but mr. perdue, the former governor of georgia, did not disclose the deal. there was no legal requirement for him to do so. an examination of public records by "the washington post" found the company in question sold that land to perdue at a small fraction of the estimated value, just as a company today to benefit from a friendly secretary of agriculture. during trump's campaign, sonny perdue was an adviser to trump. after trump won there was a lot of chatter about what job he might get. it was wasn't hard to narrow down the choice. he was in the business of agriculture himself. secretary of agriculture seemed like a good bet.

there is that famous story, we are showing it on screen now of putin bringing a dog to a meeting with the german chancellor angela merkel. it is believed that was an intimidation attempt. what does joe biden need to say. >> things like interference in our election are completely unacceptable. that would distinguish him from trump right from the start. i think this meeting is premature. i don't think you need to have a meeting in order for biden to tell him everything he disaprofsz of. i think biden has a strategy going into it. he's not trump. and i think he did a lot on the trip to repair the damage that trump did the our company internationally that wasn't hard. putin is a different story. i think he will have an agenda, i think he's already starting to lay out some things and wants to
evidence of obstruction of justice and as we know, a thousand prosecutors have signed a letter saying they would charge it based on the evidence in the mueller report. i think it may be that this goes more back to the sense of the politics of this which is since the mueller report did not get the traction, and the house did not have the opportunity to bring forth the witnesses who helped the mueller team establish evidence of objection of justice, the american people have not had the same opportunity as we had with the ukraine and the context of ukraine investigation. we haven't seen it in the same light, and i think it is important from the stand point of our constitution that the american public understands what the articles of impeachment are about. >> basically it's easier to explain this as opposed to the mueller report? >> i think it's both easier, but it's also not just easier, because i think the obstruction of justice wasn't hard.
