Now, we have this combination of unrestricted gun access and unrestricted hate language. it feels like, sometimes, the government believes a third rail, regulating or legislating hate language that trails into really incited violence against minorities and others. at some point, it seems like rather than just passively watching today s mass shooting is over and over again, things like this which appear to be not only domestic terrorism but racially inspired domestic terrorism. it seems like we need to do something. and what that something is, i suggest, is that we need to regulate, using all of the powers of the executive branch agencies. we need to legislate using congress. and then, when those regulations and that legislation is attacked, we need to litigate. and we need to go to court and defend our positions. because, if we don t stop, letting these dark forces ....
