Wayne Berson, left, and Tony Argiz Accounting giant BDO USA plans to close this week on its biggest acquisition, a Miami-based firm. Chicago-based BDO is buying MBAF, the largest Florida-based accounting and professional services firm, BDO said in a press release. The deal, slated to close Jan. 16, will add 600 employees to BDO's current 9,000 nationally.
