In Wayne County Courts on Thursday, 43-year-old Sara Zachman of Fairfield was sentenced to a year of court supervision on a guilty plea of domestic battery. Zachman will also be required to pay court costs of $1576. 27-year-old Ashley Powers of Fairfield was sentenced to 2 years of probation on a guilty plea of unlawful possession of meth. In Wayne County Courts late last week, 41-year-old Dale Dugan of Louisville pled guilty Thursday for battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.
