A recall on dog food brands for salmonella contamination continues. One brand, Mid America Pet Food, has added additional products to the recall list, according to the FDA.
The brands impacted include multiple bag sizes of Victor Super Premium Dog and Cat Foods, Wayne Feeds Dog and Cat Food, Eagle Mountain Pet Food, and some Member's Mark varieties with best by dates before October 31, 2024.
Salmonella poses a risk to animals eating the products as well as humans handling contaminated pet products.
