bjohnson@theintermountain.com BUCKHANNON — An Upshur County grand jury indicted a total of 28 individuals this week, including a Virginia man who allegedly gave police a false name when accused of shooting another man in the leg. Lavar Anthony ONeal, 39, of Newport News, Virginia, originally gave the name of Marvin Sills to Upshur County Sheriff’s deputies and was arraigned and booked into jail under that name, according to the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
