Deep freeze. Temperatures dip into the teens and Single Digits for most of the week. Half an hour, 40 minutes the temperature dropped at least probably 13, 20 degrees. In new york city several inches of snow fell along with freezing rain and sleet delaying mass transit across the city. One subway train filled with passengers lost power for 2 and a half hours. The rescue train was set to pick up stranded commuters. They need to come up with a better way to get the passengers off the train or something because that was ridiculous.
