We funded chip, we reauthorized chip in november. we sent it to the senate, the senate hasn't done anything with it. we passed it in december, stand-alone, senate hasn't done it. we added it to the continuing resolution, states like ohio where i live are starting to run out of money and this is a compassionate thing to do to add to it the funding bill. there's nothing in the funding bill that democrats disafree with. they're -- disagree with. they're putting politics ahead of paying our troops and reauthorizing the chip program. we just need to move on, get a funding bill done, and continue th...
