IT stocks: Stock market update: Nifty IT index tanks over 1%; Info Edge loses 4%

NEW DELHI: Nifty IT index was trading with losses at 02:06PM (IST) on Wednesday.
While Info Edge (India) (down 3.87 per cent), Coforge (down 1.82 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Infotech (down 1.65 per cent), Wipro (down 1.41 per cent) and Tata Consultancy (down 1.06 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The Nifty IT index was trading 1.18 per cent down at 25311.4 around 02:06PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 97.95 points at 15215.5, while the BSE Sensex was down 371.4 points at 51732.77.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 14 were trading in the green, while 36 were in the red.

IT stocks: Stock market update: Nifty IT index falls nearly 2%; Info Edge dips 9%

NEW DELHI: Nifty IT index was trading with losses at 01:40PM (IST) on Tuesday.
Shares of Info Edge (India) (down 8.84 per cent), Mindtree (down 2.3 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Infotech (down 1.79 per cent), Infosys (down 1.12 per cent) and Tata Consultancy (down 1.09 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
While Coforge (up 0.51 per cent), Tech Mahindra (up 0.44 per cent) and MPhasis (up 0.12 per cent) were among the top gainers.
The Nifty IT index was trading 1.65 per cent down at 25571.4 around 01:40PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 28.65 points at 15286.05, while the BSE Sensex was down 145.98 points at 52008.15.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 21 were trading in the green, while 29 were in the red.

Nifty realty: Stock market update: Nifty Realty index gains 3%; Oberoi Realty jumps 5%

NEW DELHI: Nifty Realty index were trading with gains at 01:33PM (IST) on Monday.
Shares of Oberoi Realty (up 4.88 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 3.97 per cent), DLF (up 3.75 per cent), Godrej Properties (up 2.62 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (up 2.03 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Sunteck Realty (down 1.67 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (down 1.04 per cent) and Omaxe (down 0.07 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 2.84 per cent up at 360.55 around 01:33PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 136.25 points at 15299.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 543.89 points at 52088.19.

Shares of IDFC Bank (up 4.03 per cent) , Axis Bank (up 2.98 per cent) , ICICI Bank (up 2.84 per cent) , IndusInd Bank (up 2.68 per cent) and RBL Bank (up 2.51 per cent) were among the top gainers.
The Nifty Bank index was trading 2.23 per cent up at 36913.4 around 12:56PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 145.75 points at 15309.05, while the BSE Sensex was up 562.86 points at 52107.16.
