Table. when you have a national emergency like this, everyone likes to talk about, see, if you cut this program, then, hey, we wouldn't have had the weatherman standing out in front of the storm. but the reality of it is, there's so much more that goes into those numbers than the top line wanting to cut. i think the smarter thing to do is look at what are the best services that government provides? how well, efficient and capable are they in providing -- who is given the largest benefit from that? that should drive this, not just an arbitrary cut epa, cut the weather program, because we want t...
