Right now the diplomatic effort under way with our allies is to make sure we're on the same page. this if they don't completely align, most of the sanctions will be consistent between the alliance structure. but by itself, that's not financial to be sufficient. the russians have built a massive $630 billion war chest to weather sanctions. it's going to take some coercive diplomacy on the part of the u.s., the posturing of u.s. forces in europe to deter russian aggression and with the provision of additional lethal aid. and even then it's probably too late to have a significant effect. i think ...
