Or is that a happy face? democrats decided to argue that the only problems with obamacare were the web site problems. they conceded that the web site was a mess. but that once that gets fixed, obamacare is fine. what republicans have said is that there are structural aspects of obamacare that are going to mean continued, higher premiums, higher deductibles, narrower doctor choice, narrower prescription drug choices, all of this stuff for patients as we go forward. i think what you are going to see in 2014 is which side has the stronger argument. steve, this healthcare was passed in 2010. did they get started right away on othe web sight or did they drag their feet? i mean, what in the world, how did they get to this mess? well, i mean, you go and go back and review the testimony, they claim that they were starting on the web site, that they were working on these problems from the very beginning, but it also intensified, that work intensified over the past several months. clearly ....
Failure. check this out. with obamacare comes something else that americans really don t want to face and that s new taxes. taxes that will be on our tax bill because we were talking to charles payne about this earlier this hour in our first hour of the show. he wanted to tell us about 2014 to bring in new tax fees. 2% tax on every health plan. 2.3% on medical device tax. 3.5% fee on insurers for plans sold on healthcare.gov. isn t that amazing? we have got to go to the web sight to get our insurance. and by doing so then, there is is a 3. a% fee for using the web site, that ends up getting passed on to us eventually. what this really hurts, as charles talked about earlier, it research and development from our medical companies to perhaps find cures for things or to treat people better. that is one of the big complaints about the affordable care act obamacare in general. if this all gets watered down and everybody is in ....
