Internet provider proposes using Havelock water tower
RuralLynx, a Havelock-based Internet and telecommunications provider that operates with an aim of bringing WIFI and other resources to rural, often under-served areas and communities, recently outlined its plans to connect more residents in and around Havelock with access to Internet, television and phone services.
