Prof Tanweer Hasan appointed IUB VC City Desk City Desk Independent University, Bangladesh, has a new vice-chancellor. Dr Tanweer Hasan, Rolf A Weil Professor of Finance at Roosevelt University (IL, USA), has joined the university as its new VC, effective from February 23.
