And this is our team has been able to accomplish this in just four short years so we also celebrated our four year anniversary. We launched vacant vibrant a year ago and we have been inspired by the new energy and momentum it brought downtown. The Economic Health of downtown and San Francisco as a quhole and all our neighborhoods are deeply interconnected and vacant to vibrant we are building a down of diverse and inclusive neighborhood and that will mean housing, that means a university, that will mean entertainment zone ....
