Van Wert historic rehab projects get tax credits from the state VAN WERT — The Ohio Development Services Agency has awarded $35,863,038 in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits for the rehabilitation of 51 historic buildings. Van Wert Forward received a tax credit of $1,250,000 to redevelop five historic buildings in the 100 block of North Washington Street and the 100 block of East Main Street in Van Wert.
