A Cumberland County jury convicted Wesley Brunson of criminal homicide- murder in the third degree and aggravated assault, among other charges.
A jury found Wesley Brunson, 33, guilty of third-degree murder, but not guilty of homicide in the 2020 death of his 5-month-old son.

Holden Brunson had a mobile neck, developed abdomen and strong legs at 5 months old. That's how Wayne Ross, the doctor who performed his autopsy, knew he could not have suffocated himself on his pillow, he said in Cumberland County Court Friday.
