No-Match Immigration Enforcement: Time for Action
The next Administration is unlikely to take workplace immigrationenforcement seriously. Now is the time to put employers on noticethat they cannot bury their heads in the sand when they receiveno-match letters. Congress should do its part by putting a quickend to anti-enforcement lawsuits and clarifying the legalauthorities for the sharing of Social Security no-match data.
