An El Paso man was arrested after being accused of firing gunshots into the air in the Cincinnati Avenue Entertainment District. Kevin Charles, 46, is accused of firing a gun about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday outside the Good Times bar at 2626 N. Mesa St., said Officer Adrian Cisneros, a police spokesman. There were no reported injuries. Police officers in the area were alerted by a witness and quickly arrested Charles after a short foot chase, Cisneros said.
