Feb 3, 2021 Willard E. “Pete” Bilyeu, also known as “Rusty Rooster” to his truck driving buddies, age 87, of Centerville, Ohio died January 30, 2021 at his home. He was born April 29, 1933 in Jacobsburg, Ohio, a son of the late Evelyn Bilyeu. Willard was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired employee of Roadway Express and former President of the Teamsters Local # 413 in Columbus and he owned and operated R&R Electronics.
