What can you tell us about the service, jason? i was at the service and got there early in the mortgage because i do the morning live shots, and we were there all morning long. it started at 11:00 a.m. there were hundreds of people there, family and friends were all there at the service. the family really wanted this to be a very private moment, so the family did not speak. we were able to talk to a he lot of family friends walking into the service, and i know that you had mentioned earlier that there is this issue whether whales should be kept in captivity or be in these shows. surprisingly, you know, a lot of the people there were saying that they believed that these whale shows should go on, this is what dawn brancheau would have wanted and it reflects, too, on the pamphlet the program here, the funeral program. you can see for dawn brancheau it says a beautiful life came to an end, she died as she lived. everyone s friend. so everybody that at least i talked to at the funeral t ....
World and tell us what s happening there, orley. alisyn, as i understand it, right around eleven o clock this morning they will begin these whale shows, not just here at sea world, orlando, but at all three of the sea world locations, here, san diego, as well as san antonio, texas. and as we were told, they will at some point start the show or some point during the show, certainly before it s over, they will have some sort of video tribute for trainer dawn brancheau who was mauled and drown to death by this huge, 12,300 pound beast, tilikum, happened on wednesday. they held a press conference yesterday and lots of people saw it and lots of questions went unanswered. the about the only thing they were clear about they would have some sort of tribute today and i asked them, look, how can you have a show so quickly, it sounds like the show must go on regardless of the death of your trainer. and he said look, it s just ....
Day. they don t have to. they they do choose to opt out of a performance for a day, and that s fine. so, that is not uncommon at all. if the trainers not getting into the water, will it affect the whale shows or for other animals as well. it s the shamu stadiums at three parks, we will not have trainers in the water for those three shows. the other venues will continue as normal, but we ll assess those shows as well, but they will continue as normal. yes, sir? between the trainer and the whales, as i understand, that dawn was outside of the water when she was grabbed by tilikum, does that mean that there should be further space? what i ll say is, you know, i don t want to speculate about the changes we re going to make, because we re just getting in to this. and beginning that work, but we ....
