What's happening there? >> reporter: i did speak to a member of border patrol yesterday who tells me a statement is expected to come out here sooner than later. as far as the images in question, those were taken on saturday when we saw that incredible surge from law enforcement, state troopers parking their cars on the river, those border patrol agents on horseback, essentially trying to stop the flow of migrants after days of crossing at that dam area on the rio grande river. there is no word on whether practices will be changing. however, secretary mayorkas says they are looking into it. the...
