Perilla alumnus Adam Wood is to lead the kitchen at Garden House, a new restaurant within the Graduate Cambridge hotel on the banks of the River Cam. US-based hotel group Graduate Hotels is partnering with hospitality development platform White Rabbit Projects for two UK hotel launches this spring. The hotel group, which currently operates 28 hotels across the US, will open its first UK venues in Cambridge and Oxford, with White Rabbit Projects helping to develop and operate a range of restaurants, bars and event spaces within the hotels.
