DOLE Assistant Secretary Dominique Tutay (File photo) MANILA - Some 116 establishments affected by the implementation of Alert Level 3 in many areas of the country, including Metro Manila, have so far applied for cash assistance under the Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) 3 of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). In a virtual forum on Monday, DOLE Assistant Secretary Dominique Tutay said the 116 companies have 1,223 workers who will benefit from CAMP 3. "Latest applicant in the system as of 4 p.m.: 116 establishments involving 1,223," she said. Meanwhile, Tutay also reported that close to 500 individuals have filed their applications for the one-time cash assistance worth PHP5,000. She said the online application was officially opened at 12:01 a.m. Monday. Tutay clarified that those who are covered by CAMP 3 are workers who are affected by temporary closure, permanent closure, and retrenchment of companies. "As of January 23, the number of workers affected by temporary closure, permanent closure, and retrenchment has reached 25,855 coming from 1,676 establishments," Tutay said. Among the priority sectors include hotel accommodation and food services, construction, manufacturing, education, wholesale and retail, administrative and support service, and other services. She said establishments that are implementing flexible work arrangement are not covered by the CAMP 3 program. (PNA) }

La ministra de Salud, Sonia Martorano; y el ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, Juan Manuel Pusineri, anunciaron este viernes las nuevas medidas de convivencia frente a la pandemia del Covid-19, que regirán en la provincia de Santa Fe a partir de la hora 0 del 24 de julio y hasta el 6 de agosto inclusive. En la oportunidad, Martorano detalló que las nuevas medidas se disponen teniendo en cuenta que “en nuestra provincia ya no tenemos departamentos en alarma. Tenemos 15 departamentos en alto riesgo; y cuatro (que son Castellanos, San Jerónimo, Iriondo y San Justo), en riesgo medio. Los conglomerados de La Capital, Rosario y San Lorenzo se encontraban hasta la fecha en alarma, lo que condicionaba las habilitaciones pertinentes”.
Nuevas medidas en Santa Fe hasta el 6 de agosto por el Covid-19 Desde el 24 de julio comenzarán a regir nuevas medidas de convivencia debido a que "en línea general, los indicadores fueron mejorando", señaló la ministra de Salud. Además, el ministro de Trabajo resaltó: "La primera medida es recuperar presencialidad en la educación". La ministra de Salud, Sonia Martorano; y el ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, Juan Manuel Pusineri, anunciaron las nuevas medidas que entrarán en vigente, teniendo en cuenta que ya no hay departamentos en alarma. En la actualidad hay 15 departamentos en alto riesgo; y cuatro (Castellanos, San Jerónimo, Iriondo y San Justo), en riesgo medio. La Capital, Rosario y San Lorenzo se encontraban hasta la fecha en alarma.
